Francisco is Co-Founder and Managing Director of “Grupo Gestiona-t”, a firm dedicated to providing comprehensive corporate services from a legal, tax, accounting and labor perspective, founded in 2013 and currently with a team of more than 90 professionals.
He is a specialist in corporate commercial law, mergers and acquisitions and asset sales.
He has extensive experience advising national and international business groups in a wide variety of economic sectors (financial, real estate, food, health, etc.)
GENERAL COUNSEL
Rodrigo joined the firm in January 2021 as Director of the Legal & Management Area, currently serving as General Counsel of “Grupo Gestiona-t”.
As a lawyer with more than 20 years of experience, he has developed his career in different law firms (Garrigues y Ramón & Cajal), entities belonging to the financial sector (Mapfre and ING Bank) and companies in the infrastructure and construction sector (Cintra- Grupo Ferrovial).
His main areas of specialization are corporate commercial law and financial law.
CORPORATE MANAGEMENT
Moisés joined the firm in October 2014 as Head of Administration and Finance, and currently serves as Corporate Director of “Grupo Gestiona-t”.
As an economist with over 20 years of experience, he has developed his career in financial institutions such as Banco Santander, as well as in professional auditing firms such as Ábaco Auditores Consultores.
His main areas of specialization are auditing and financial consulting.
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
Paola has been part of “Grupo Gestiona-t” since its foundation in July 2013, joining the project as a technician in the Management Department, currently serving as Operations Director of “Grupo Gestiona-t”.
With more than 15 years of experience, she has spent a large part of her career at the firm, where she has worked as a technician, Team Leader, Area Manager and, since 2024, Operations Director.
Her main areas of specialization are corporate management (commercial, real estate and immigration matters), the design, implementation and management of internal control processes and the management of high-performance multidisciplinary teams.
REGULATORY COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT
Alejandro joined the firm in September 2021 as Director of Compliance and Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing.
In his more than 20 years of experience as a lawyer, he has developed his career in the financial (ING Bank) and real estate sectors, advising national and international entities on the implementation of regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and risk management programs.
Fernando Moreno

Fernando joined the firm in December 2018 as Head of Accounting and Tax Compliance, and currently serves as Director of ConTax & BPO.
Fernando's professional career has been spent primarily as a consultant for accounting and tax consulting firms and as a financial controller. He also has experience in private banking and insurance.
He has over 15 years of experience providing accounting and tax advice to national and international companies.
Paula Castaño

Paula joined the firm in April 2015 as a Technician in the Legal Management Department, and currently serves as Director of the Management Area of “Grupo Gestiona-t”.
As a professional with over 10 years of experience and a solid background in languages and interculturality, she has focused her activity on the field of corporate management.
Her main areas of specialization are commercial and real estate management, procedures before public and private bodies, and translation and interpretation.
David Hidalgo

David joined the firm in February 2023 as Director of the Labor & Payroll Practice.
As a professional specialized in Human Resources and Labor Relations with more than 15 years of experience, he has developed his career in leading firms such as EY and KPMG, where he has accompanied national and international companies in strategic people management and labor regulatory compliance.
David has led projects in Europe, LATAM and APAC, providing practical solutions, adapted to multicultural and highly demanding contexts. His approach combines strategic vision, operational agility and proximity to the client, generating real impact in key business decisions.
