Francisco is Co-Founder and Managing Director of “Grupo Gestiona-t”, a firm dedicated to providing comprehensive corporate services from a legal, tax, accounting and labor perspective, founded in 2013 and currently with a team of more than 90 professionals.


He is a specialist in corporate commercial law, mergers and acquisitions and asset sales.


He has extensive experience advising national and international business groups in a wide variety of economic sectors (financial, real estate, food, health, etc.)

Rodrigo joined the firm in January 2021 as Director of the Legal & Management Area, currently serving as General Counsel of “Grupo Gestiona-t”.


As a lawyer with more than 20 years of experience, he has developed his career in different law firms (Garrigues y Ramón & Cajal), entities belonging to the financial sector (Mapfre and ING Bank) and companies in the infrastructure and construction sector (Cintra- Grupo Ferrovial).


His main areas of specialization are corporate commercial law and financial law.

Moisés joined the firm in October 2014 as Head of Administration and Finance, and currently serves as Corporate Director of “Grupo Gestiona-t”.


As an economist with over 20 years of experience, he has developed his career in financial institutions such as Banco Santander, as well as in professional auditing firms such as Ábaco Auditores Consultores.


His main areas of specialization are auditing and financial consulting.

Paola has been part of “Grupo Gestiona-t” since its foundation in July 2013, joining the project as a technician in the Management Department, currently serving as Operations Director of “Grupo Gestiona-t”.


With more than 15 years of experience, she has spent a large part of her career at the firm, where she has worked as a technician, Team Leader, Area Manager and, since 2024, Operations Director.


Her main areas of specialization are corporate management (commercial, real estate and immigration matters), the design, implementation and management of internal control processes and the management of high-performance multidisciplinary teams.
