Francisco is a specialist in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and sale of assets.
He holds a law degree by Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and he completed his studies in Italy. Francisco also holds a master’s degree in Private International Law from the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM). He also pursued the exam to become a State Civil Administrator.
He began his career in Ayala Abogados, to later join the Corporate and M&A team at DLA Piper, where he worked between 2007 and 2013.
After his tenure at DLA Piper, Francisco co-founded the Grupo Gestiona-t project in May 2013, where he currently serves as managing partner of the firm.
Rodrigo has extensive experience in providing legal advice to Spanish and foreign entities, as well as multinational groups. His main fields of practice are advice on corporate law, business reorganization and restructuring processes and financing operations (corporate, real estate and projects).
Graduated in Law (E-1) from the Universidad Pontifica de Comillas (ICADE), Rodrigo has also completed doctoral courses and obtained the Diploma of Advanced Studies (DEA) from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED).
Rodrigo has developed his professional career as a lawyer providing his services in law firms (Garrigues and Ramón y Cajal), in companies of the financial sector (Mapfre and ING Bank) and companies of the construction and infrastructure sector (Cintra- Grupo Ferrovial).
He is the Director of the Legal and Management area of Grupo Gestiona-t since January 2021.
Fernando is a specialist in finance, tax and accounting advising.
Graduated in business studies from the Complutense University of Madrid, he also holds a Degree in labour Sciences from the Carlos III University of Madrid. In addition, he completed a master’s degree in Taxation (LL.M) from the IE Business School and a Postgraduate Degree in financial Analysis from the Open University of Catalonia.
His professional career has been mostly developed as advisor in accounting and tax consulting firms and as financial controller; he also has experience in private banking and insurance.
In December 2018, Fernando joined Gestiona-t Group as Head ConTax & BPO.
David is a specialist in advising in the area of labour law and human resources.
David has a degree in labour relations and has developed most of his professional career as an adviser and consultant, mainly in large multinational firms and consulting companies (largely EY and KPMG), with national and international experience in the APAC and LATAM markets.
He has extensive experience in labour and human resources advice to national and international companies, as well as multinational groups. His main fields of practice are the outsourcing of professional services linked to the HR function, the implementation of ERPs, furthermore the digitization and automation of internal processes through digital transformation plans.
In February 2023, David joined Gestiona-t Group as head of the labour area.
